Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of betomoresca.com (the "site"), which is run by Beto Moresca through Studio 1310 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the site is

The site presents my work as a freelance product engineer and lets you get in touch or book a call. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Any work I do is governed only by a written agreement we both sign, such as a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, and not by these terms.

Booking a call

• Calls are free, with no obligation on either side.
• Please give accurate details. You'll receive a calendar invitation with the video link at the email you enter.
• To reschedule or cancel, reply to the invitation or email hello@betomoresca.com. I'll do the same if I need to move a call.
• I may decline or cancel bookings that look automated, abusive or made with someone else's details.
• What you share on a call is treated as confidential. Formal confidentiality obligations apply only once we sign an agreement.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use its forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Content and intellectual property

The site's design, text and code, and the case studies and screenshots in it, belong to me or are used with permission of their owners. Client names, logos and products shown in case studies belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site, but not copy or reuse its content without permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to products and websites I've built or use. I'm not responsible for content or practices on sites I don't control.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". I try to keep it accurate and available, but I don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current. Examples, figures and timelines in case studies describe past projects and are not promises about future ones.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and my total liability relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer where you have them.

Privacy

How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and may bring claims in its courts.
