Why your spreadsheet is a database in denial.

Every growing operation eventually asks a spreadsheet to behave like software. It starts innocently: a list of clients, a status column, a few formulas. Then permissions, automations, reporting, approvals, and notifications all get layered on top.

The tipping point is not the number of rows. It is the moment the sheet becomes the source of truth for a process that people depend on every day.
